BillerBay Digital Payments Terms of Use
By using our website for paying for your service invoices, as a BillerBay client you understand that:
- BillerBay is a Medical Billing & RCM Services company with which you have signed-on as a Business Associate under agreement and this payments service is only intended to pay for invoices against services that were already rendered to you by BillerBay.
- You have received the service invoice(s) only via e-mail from accounting@billerbay.com, or directly from your Account Manager. The invoice contains service period, payment methods, your contact details, and the invoice number that must be used for during payments through this website.
- The purchase currency will be US Dollars and the payments system is only intended for use by clients and cardholders based in the United States.
- In case you believe an error has occurred during filling out the payments form or you find an error in the invoice sent to you, immediately notify us at accounting@billerbay.com, or calling 442-333-7656, or reaching out directly to your account manager.
- REFUND POLICY: In case you make an error or mistake while using payments service such as but not limited to: mistyped invoice number, mistyped amount, making the payment more than once, etc., please contact us on the aforementioned contact channels and we shall immediately issue you a refund.
- DELIVERY/RETURNS POLICY: BillerBay provides or has already provide services to you digitally and does not sell any physical goods whatsoever therefore no delivery/returns policy is in place. Should we intend to sell any physical goods in the future for purchase, we shall update this policy.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Please refer to your Business Associate Agreement signed with BillerBay regarding the terms and conditions of cancellation of services. Do not make any payments through our website after the date of termination of services. Contact your account manager for more details.
