MIPS support

Make quality reporting a managed responsibility.

Quality reporting is difficult to manage when the work sits between clinicians, administrators and systems. BillerBay helps organize the responsibilities, information and follow-up that turn a MIPS reporting plan into work your team can manage.

Start with what applies to your practice.

Eligibility, participation options and reporting requirements can vary by clinician, organization and performance year. We begin with a review of your situation and the current program requirements before defining the support your practice needs.

Turn the reporting plan into owned tasks.

Measure selection, data preparation, internal review and submission coordination should each have a responsible person. We help clarify those roles, the information required and the dependencies that could delay the work.

Each task has a responsible person; progress reviews show what is incomplete while there is time to act.

Keep readiness visible while there is time to act.

Progress reviews should identify what is available, what is incomplete and what needs a decision. That gives your team a practical basis for following up on missing information and addressing gaps before the agreed reporting milestones.

Connect the work to your wider operation.

Your clinical team, practice administrators and reporting systems all have a role. We coordinate our support around those existing responsibilities, including any third-party reporting provider involved in your submission approach.

Questions you may have.

Will MIPS support guarantee a positive payment adjustment?

No. Participation, performance and payment adjustments depend on program rules and your circumstances. The engagement is designed to support the agreed reporting process; a particular score or financial outcome is not guaranteed.

Can you work with our existing reporting arrangement?

We review your current systems, internal owners and any external reporting provider before defining our role. Data access, review responsibilities and submission authority need to be agreed as part of that plan.
